Refund policy

At Mokum Alef you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must, if reasonably possible, be returned in its original condition and packaging. Always include your order number or proof of purchase when returning. After receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method with which the order was placed.
