general terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via the Mokum Alef webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

All prices in the webshop are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors or mistakes in prices, product descriptions or other information in the webshop do not bind Mokum Alef.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop during checkout. An order will only be processed after payment has been successfully received, unless stated otherwise.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. After processing, the shipping time is usually 3 to 5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the webshop or during checkout.

The customer has the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt. After receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method with which the order was placed, unless otherwise agreed.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible. Items that are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law, such as customization or certain sealed products, cannot be returned.

Mokum Alef is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage resulting from incorrect use of delivered products, except to the extent that mandatory law provides otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

Dutch law applies to all agreements between Mokum Alef and the customer. Complaints can be reported via the contact details stated in the webshop.
